Sensitivity for any mouse is generally adjusted in your computer settings, not directly with the mouse itself. You can definitely adjust the mouse sensitivity.

If you mean the actual optical sensitivity (which is usually measured in dpi) then no it cannot be changed. If you are looking for a mouse with different sensitivity options, take a look at the Logitech MX Performance.
