I was so excited to try this cast iron griddle. It’s such a healthier way to cook and easy to make breakfasts on. Heats up very well and evenly and food cooks fast. The size is perfect I still have room for pots on the stove pot.

This griddle is awesome! It comes pre seasoned and is ready to get cooking! Its size and versatility is very handy. It has a smooth side that is great for cooking eggs, pancakes, bacon, or even pizza on! The ridged side (that I included an image of) is great to get the very pleasing lines on your steak! Each side comes with an incredibly handy grease gutter to catch all of the extra run off. You can use this cast iron directly on a campfire or grill to give your food that “Smokey” flavor!! I have a large cast iron collection, and this one is the best one I own for outdoor cooking. And the best part?? Lodge is made right here in the USA, so it gives our fellow Americans jobs.
