We have 4 of these. Yes 4. Why? Because while its fun to watch 7 rats cram into one or two, it doesn't seem very fair. They are durable, as well as easy to put together and to hang up, as well as easy to take down and clean. They are great value (thus why we have 4), and our girls absolutely love their sputniks.

My rats love these. They’re easy to take apart and clean. They’re also super easy to hang or just leave standing up.

I have a space pod for my rats. I originally bought the small size thinking it'd be ok but it was tinier than I expected. I bought a large one the second time and my two rats love it now. They fill it with newspaper and fleece and hide out! I bought my first one from Chewy.com and my second from amazon. Both are a purple and greenish color, and the price was good on both sites.
