A light sponge cake that is baked in a flat pan filled with whipped cream jam or icing and then rolled into a job, that is dusted with powder sugar or covered in a glaze
These are good. Very rich and oh so sweet. These sometimes can give me a tummy ache, so I have to be careful and eat one than eating two at the same time. They’re soft and not hard with the Creme filling. Can be added in other desserts as well.
I like the little Debbie Swiss Rolls. The creamy filling and chocolaty outside is a good combination. They taste good, and seem to always be soft and fresh. We usually open one pack and split it between 2 people to make them last longer. They are reasonably priced so I can pick up a couple boxes for lunch snacks or after sports activities.
