I bought it as my friend recommended and turn out it'a good idea for my gum protective. It has mint scent and i use it after i wash my teeth. The mess is cleaned away and i feel so clean and refreshing. First, it will feel so strong and intense but then it leaves the fresh and healthy . My gum becomes so better and healthier after using it for more than 2 months consistently. You just need to have a little of it and mix with a little water then un put it in your mouth then rinse it strongly then it will work. Good luck
