Such pretty colors and so easy to apply! I am someone who likes to put things on in the car before I go into where I am headed and this just goes from the Doefoot onto your eye and then gives you some good time to be able to blend and you are done. There are matte and shimmer colors and both are gorgeous. It also doesn’t move until you wash it.

I tried the Ilia Liquid Powder Chromatic Eye Tint in Burnish and absolutely loved it! The color is beautiful with just the right hint of shimmer to make your eyes pop, and the shade is neutral enough to work well with many other shades. (It’s the bottom shade in the attached pic. The top shade is the Ilia Liquid Powder Matte Eye Tint in Juniper.) I love these Ilia Liquid Powder Eye Tints because they’re super easy to apply and blend. You could apply with a cream shadow brush or with your fingertip if you want. The colors show up nicely on my skin tone, and dry easily - not super fast where you don’t have time to blend, but not so slow that you are waiting forever for it to dry. The price point is a little steep for just one tube of color compared to the price of a palette that contains several shades, but there seems to be a lot of product in the tube, so it will definitely last a while. Even better is that Ilia is a certified cruelty-free brand, so no animals were harmed in making this product. I would definitely recommend this product, and I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review.
