I find it extremely hard to find an electrolyte filled product that actually tastes good. I have finally found that product with this liquid IV cotton candy flavor. It is sweet, but also not overly sweet but also doesn’t have the saltines that some hydration packets come with. It has super easy to use packaging that can easily be traveled with. I always keep one in my bag. I drink about one packet a day to keep up with my hydration as it really helps. Since I’m on a medication that requires more hydration than normal. It dissolve super easily so I usually just throw it right into a shaker bottle and go on my way. I will definitely be using this product every day for a very long time!!

I love this flavor to help me meet my water goals for the day. The cotton candy is sweet but not overly so. As this is to aid in hydration it is a little salty but I just dilute it with more water.

Delicious flavor, the pink and blue have a slight difference in taste, the pink is a little more vanilla forward than the blue. I like them mixed together, I mix a half pack of each and it tastes fantastic . In my opinion the cotton candy is the more superior flavor that liquid I’ve has.
