Rely on Liquid IV while out delivering mail. Helps keep me hydrated. Like the caffeine boost from this to give me a bit of energy. Mixes well. Taste pretty good but other flavor is better. Will continue to use.

I bought this because Blackberry Peach sounded delicious, and it is, but I didn’t notice this was an energy drink mix. This one only seems to have B vitamins as energizers, so a bit safer, but I typically would have left this on the shelf without reading the label if I saw the word “ENERGY”. I suffer from chronic pain, complicated by dehydration. Normally when it gets bad I go to the hospital. These have actually saved me a couple of trips. I bought these specifically because they were recommended for my dehydration, but I actually like the performance and ingredient lists in these powder blends. The flavors are always interesting, and the packets are easy to take on the move for use anytime, anywhere, you feel you need the hydration boost. Looking at the label, the list of minerals is pretty good and there is just enough sugar to help effectively hydrate, but not be overly sweet. Having the boost of the B vitamins is almost the same as one of those energy shots without the caffeine jitters. I know the powders sometimes get clumpy. I haven’t had a problem with this box but I will sometimes use I mini drink blender to take care of that and it works fine. All in all I am very happy with this flavor and the product lines..
