Unfortunately the flavor product of this is horrible. I love liquid IV but this was is awful. I think it’s the lavender flavor that I cannot get over, it’s too overpowering!! I was really looking forward to using this product but I have not been able to get myself to drink it a third time. Does anyone have any suggestions? I loved that this product has great ingredients and seems promising.

I suffer from insomnia. I dislike the idea of extra medications. I wanted to try this to see if it would help. Let me tell you what, its tasty and allowed me to catch some zzzz's

This product is amazing! Really helps you fall asleep and has so many healthy ingredients in it. I use this on nights I am feeling wide awake to help calm me down to sleep.
