This product showed great promise. It boasts that the hydration you get from it is faster than water. It is also a non GMO product and has several vitamins in it, which are all great positives. Upon trying the drink, the flavor profile is great. The only issue for me was that it felt a little grainy. I am not sure if I did notnstir it in enough, but I'd be willing to gi e it another try.
