This stuff is what I WISH grape candy tasted like! As someone who used to pick out and throw away all “purple” candies, I can’t believe that of all the (very delicious) Liquid IV flavors, this one is my favorite of all. Concord grape is hydrating and maintains a thirst-quenching fruity sweetness without coming off as “sugary”. It makes water more punch-like and satisfying to drink, giving off a very real grape flavor. I never miss soda, and most shocking of all is that I’ve started to replace my midday coffee and tea with it as well. Liquid IV has become a true staple to my routine! And the hydration has done wonders to my skin as well. I can’t recommend it enough.

I recently purchased the Concord Grape Flavor made by Liquid IV.They generally sell for around $25.00 for 16 sticks at various retailers.I drink electrolytes daily due to Ling covid issues.(Cramps,spasms) I simply mix a packet in with my water.I love the concord grape flavor!
