This jerky is thick, savory, peppery, and beefy. It has a nice chew without hurting teeth and it doesn't feel dry, it tastes fresh. It is affordable and convenient for my husband to have these as snacks in his car between job sites. My son usually doesn't like jerky but he did like this flavor. My husband likes this because it tastes like steak, it is spicy, the brand is readily available at most convenient stores, it is affordable, and the flavor profile isn't really sweet (only 2% brown sugar), or full of soy sauce.
