I love it with a glass of wine, red or white, it pairs well with both!

If you live in Washington or Colorado, I recommend pairing it with some dank, stick herb. Delicious! Otherwise, a strong cup of coffee with dark chocolate is divine!

You need something really tannic to cut through the rich fat of the chocolate. A pinot noir is too soft, go with a shiraz or cab

Ok, may sound weird.... Start with grapes, a good cheese, pepperoni, and a good cracker. (think picnic style) Sip on Lambrusco, or a sangria. All the flavors go so well together. Eat some cheese, take a sip of wine, then take a bite of chocolate... so good.
