I received the ELDO sampler set for Christmas and have been working my way through these perfumes. Like this is a standout in that it is really different from a lot of the other scents in the house. For me ELDO does creative smoke, herb and rose heavy fragrances and this is completely unique. However, while the smell is lovely: savoury sweet potato casserole with whipped cream next to fresh laundry and a bouquet of very fragrant flowers, it just kind of smells like a candle to me. I love catching whiffs of my perfume throughout the day and with this one it just isn't happening. Longevity is decent as I sprayed 8 hours ago but it becomes a skin scent after 20 minutes and if I smell my skin all I get is.. candle? This won't be a purchase for me unfortunately but I'm excited to keep trying ELDO fragrances.
