Does anyone use this for anything other than smoothies?

I like it with oatmeal, instead of adding milk to cool it off, I pour some into the oatmeal once it hot and ready, it adds the strawberry tangy flavor but the cinnamon really gives it an extra sweetness. :) also... Granola and the smoothie are yumy! You can buy nature's valley granola bars and crunch them up and pour into a bowl or glass cup with Kefir smoothie :) you can also use it as an alternative to milk for honey bunches of oats :)

It can be a great meal replacement for someone wanting to loose some weight. substitute at lunchtime

Keep it healthy! After all, that's the point isn't it? Blend with frozen fruit and ditch the calories of ice cream :-)
