I add it to my smoothies. I know it can be a tad bit bland but if you add a banana with a little sugar or some other sweeteners like coconut milk its soo good and healthy, loaded with probiotics great for digestive systems.
I found it to be very blah. I didn't enjoy the consistency or flavor at all so I gave it to somebody else to finish. Totally doesn't help your situation but I'm sure you'll get used to it after a while.
