I love this glucose monitoring device. I thought my high blood sugar readings were from the meals I was consuming. But it wasn't from the food .it was caused by on set stress. that I was getting from certain people that I was around or working with. This device showed that for me . The only thing I didn't like about this device was that it had alot of issues staying on .the avbrisive comes off to quickly. The company should add waterproof covers to prevent the device from peeling off after bathing .I'm on my second device I love it .

This meter was a total lifesaver for my 9-year old Choco, who was diagnosed with diabetes in April 2022 and is unfortunately pretty insulin-resistant. While it only is functional for up to 14 days (we saw ot last as little as 10 and as long as 14), it allowed me to check her glucose levels at all times of the day by scanning it with my phone, which was so crucial as we were working with the vet on getting her on the right insulin dosage. The mobile app will set off alarms automatically at all times of the day, even when running Do Not Disturb, if her levels go out of the targeted range that the vet set up, who could also view her daily stats at any time. The app also allows you to note down dosage times/amounts as well as meal/carb amounts. It held up pretty well for a dog that likes to wrestle, but she did manage to pull off the 1st one and rendered it useless. After that, we kept the following ones wrapped up under a fabric wrap and had no more issues, and the adhesive is surprisingly very strong and will even stay on after a bath. While it costed around $60-$70 per meter at our various vet clinics, it was worth every penny due to being extremely less stressful on her and more reliable than using a traditional glucometer and lancing device. If it weren't for this meter, I would've surely lost my beloved girl.

I get low often so much that I need this. It sometimes comes off or has false readings so always use a finger stick on low readings. They will replace them anytime you call in and it takes only a few days to get replacements. Great service from Abbott. I recommend using a cover on jt. I use tegaderm and they last the entire 2 weeks. I sometimes get a rash so I also recommend rotating where to put it
