Had this fridge for about 5 years now and haven't had any issues so far. Love the water dispenser and ice maker. The water comes out fast and tastes cool and clean. The ice maker though can sometimes get ice stuck inside the container, which requires me to manually take out the section and dump out the ice. A little annoying but doesn't happen too often. Love the double freezer that makes organization much easier. The fridge is quiet and I barely notice it. The handles, shelves, drawers, etc. all feel nice and sturdy.

We have had this fridge for about 3.5 years with minimal issues. The only one I can recall is that the water dispenser stopped working about a year ago, but we replaced the filter, and then it was fine after that. I'll admit, we were concerned with some of the reviews we read online about issues with this fridge, but when we bought it almost 4 years ago, we were still feeling the effects of "covid shortage" on appliances and we didn't have much of a choice as to what was available. With that said, though, it's been a really good, large capacity, reliable fridge for us. It's made it through a house move and is still going strong. The app is decent too, it'll tell you certain things going on with your appliances and when to change filters or run cleaning cycles.
