These blinds are very nice. They add a degree of sophistication to my room. The instructions for installation are clear and the packaging is compact. I love the many options I’ve chosen for these blinds — a remote to open them, no strings to pull to lift them, the beautiful warm wood color. My only wish is that I could’ve seen samples in advance of ordering, since I felt the color I ordered was a little lighter than anticipated. Still, I am happy to have received these and find them high quality.

Now I would like to share that when I first receive this product, the whole box was damaged. I called customer service, and they were very easy to deal with and kind that was a major plus for me considering this company for custom blinds, and the pricing were quite high-end. I expect that type of service and it was met now when the new product came, it was very easy and straightforward to assemble. I got the remote control feature the look of the blinds a very nice add-on. They do not close in a continuous motion, which I wish they had but you have to press the button to open and close repeatedly. They are very lightweight and seem even fragile for the price. I’m not concerned I would spend $5000 on blinds that just seem nice. I guess I expected more. Nonetheless, my experience with the company and the ease of the product I give it and 8 out of 10. I say 8 because of the pricing.
