I've been very satisfied with this program. It's a great way to exercise and not stress about it. I love how easy it is. All you have to do is walk and add a few easy steps. Leslie keeps you motivated and engaged. My favorite part is that I do it in my living room. You don't need much space. I'm a huge fan!
