This is the best laptop i have ever owned. In the 10 years that ive owned it only the hardrive has ever required replacment which was a quick 10 minute process. The battery health has not declined in all that time either even though it has stayed plugged in for the past 3 years. The build quality is also very good with a full aluminum shell. The only complaints I had were the lower quality TN panel for the screen and a battery life of 2 1/2 hours under load and 4-5 on light work loads. For the price of 1000$ at the time and for the above average specs these issues were very easy to look past. It will be nearly impossible to replace this laptop with something of this quality/specs today without paying over 2000$.
