This cookie is awesome!! The protein and the fiber really make it a great choice! Taste is great, texture is great, although much more dense than your average cookie. I had VSG surgery and can't eat a whole cookie, but atleast i know I'm not putting loads of sugar or eating a million calories for a sweeter treat! I keep buying these and they are a staple in my pantry!
