This person cookie is amazing. I definitely prefer the peanut butter flavor hands-down it is soft and not crunchy and it pairs perfectly with a glass of milk. 

Perfect protein cookie, plant based proteins. Vegan, no fructose corn syrup, non-GMO 16g protein per cookie. It’s a big cookie, I can’t eat all at once, so I like to have some in the morning and then the rest in the afternoon.
