These sachets are great for cold and flu symptoms very effective and act so quickly, very simple to make just add sachet to hot water and enjoy, i like that these have no caffeine in ingredients so I normally use capsules during day and evening last dose I omit the capsules and replace with the cold and flu sachet, also brilliant for sore throats as the warm drink alleviate this alongside with medication. Easy to store and great value, at taking full dose daily the sachets last 2.5 days.

These lemsips taste great when youre not feeling great. They mix well when you add hot water and are easy to make. I dont find them as effective as the tablets, but just having them in a warm drink makes me feel like im doing something to make myself better. I like the fact there are 10 in a packet too

Only positive things to say about Lemsip… since as far back as I remember it’s been the go to product when I’ve had a cold, a flu, a virus or even a hang over. It tastes good, works fast and really helps you to feel better.
