Ghost Legend gets me absolutely pumped for an intense workout! I drink it right as I’m walking into the gym or right before I leave for a long run! The intensity hits me about 20 minutes in to my workout and sticks with me for a good hour plus! I love the taste! I love the way it makes me feel! This is truly the best pre workout on the market!

I now take this product either on my drive to the gym or during my warmup because if I don’t……lawddddddd my fingers and toes will be insanely tingly. This stuff truly gets you going when all you want to do is be a couch potato.
