I really like this cast iron skillet. And the more I use it, the better it is getting. I hope it gets to 5 stars in the coming years! I have found that it works beautifully for baking up buttery sweets, like this giant peanut butter cookie I made, just as well as it works for savory dishes like deep dish pizzas and seared meat. It is truly a versatile piece of my collection.

I’ve searched for a non-toxic alternative to non-stick cookware, and this is it! Eggs slide right off, only using a cooking spray. The pan has even heat distribution, and looks beautiful like all LeCreuset. If only this size came in Meringue! I purchased several for gifts as well. The artichaut and sea salt colors are gorgeous.
