Goes on smooth and creamy. I apply it as a night cream and day. Hydrates my under eyes and a little goes a long way. Pat on gently as you would for any eye cream under eye. Has a scent but it’s a clean milky mild scent. Feels cool when applying. Glass container with pump so no contamination worries. Love it! Trying more of the brand
