I like this product, I bought when I couldnt get hold of my usual sleep spray. 4 out of 5 stars from me just because its not as strong as the leading brands of pillow sprays but it does work and smells good. I do sleep better and in a deeper sleep when I use it. I use for my 5 year old as well and it is very calming
