This espresso works perfect in my espresso maker. Some of the other varieties I've tried have not packed appropriately (the grind is too fine) and the water can't get through easily. I know grinding your own beans is always most desirable, but not as easy. This roast has the perfect grind and the ease of having a perfect latte.
