Great quality, usual, great quality, sizing is perfect and comfortable. Easy to use and does hot/cold. Can even be used as regular ice packs. The sleeves it comes with are really soft as well. Would definitely recommend !

The pearls heat up quick but loose their heat even quicker. Don’t bother putting them in the cloth pouches they send or you won’t feel the heat. Be careful not to over heat them as the pouches will blow up too much and look like they will explode.

These saved me at the start of my breastfeeding journey. I used them warmer a few times to help stimulate flow in the early weeks. I've used them countless times cold to help remedy clogs. This is now my goto baby shower gift for new moms.
