The texture and packaging remind me of Carmex. It keeps in the moisture on your lips. The strawberry smell is sweet but not overwhelming. I use it as a kind of finger fidget object, which makes the product warm. Then it applies even better. I can see this product being use as an ointment too. And I'm amazed that lanolin comes from sheep wool. It makes me feel proud to use this product. Overall it's a great product that I highly recommend!

As a person who gets zero help from normal kinds of “chapsticks”, this product completely amazed me! Never in my life have my lips felt softer or more moisturized! Not only that, but the packaging is adorable and the scent is perfect. I love everything about this and recommend it to anyone who struggles with dry & cracked lips!

After you try this lip balm you will never return to any other … this lip balm is not expensive, last a long time, and keeps your lips moisturized all day ! I have tried a variety of flavors and strawberry does seem to last the longest and I only reapply twice a day. Definitely worth it

I was so upset when my favorite lip balm had changed their formula and removed lanolin from it. I found this brand about a year later and WOW I am impressed! Leaves your lips feeling soft and takes away any chapped feeling!

I live by this product for dry skin, lip gloss, etc. i use on my hands/nose area if I have dry skin. It doesn’t leave a film on after applying & smells great! It actually feels like it’s moisturizing

The Lano brand makes the most fantastic multipurpose balms for anything and everything that needs deep moisturizing! The consistency is like a thick ointment, similar to petroleum jelly... It glides on your lips and skin with a penetrating extreme hydration that other balm products can’t measure up to. Lano took their iconic Original 101 Ointment and infused it with Vitamin E & natural strawberry fruit extract, which smells divine! The added strawberry extract contains alpha-hydroxy acids, which help slough off dead cells so that new healthy skin is revealed. I know “acid” sounds like it could be harsh, but trust me when I say this is a super gentle balm! And while this is in fact an amazing product for your lips, my favorite thing about Lanolips 101 Strawberry Ointment is that it’s perfect for dried out nostrils! Hear me out, have you ever lived somewhere really cold (or had a really bad flu) and your nostrils became chapped from the constant freezing temps or constant nose-blowing? This product completely heals and nourishes your dry chapped skin, and it relaxes you with the smell of fresh strawberries! A little goes a really long way so this tube has lasted me forever, but when it eventually runs out, I’ll be happy to buy another (or even try another one of the delicious fruity scents that Lano offers)! Other uses include: Apply it to dry cuticles/cracked heels/dry nasal passages. Melt it into your own moisturizer to supercharge it. Mix a tiny bit with your foundation for a natural, dewy look. Keep eyebrows in place. Apply to windburn/cold-chapped cheeks. Heal dry/brittle nails, paper cuts, insect bites. And many more!

It moisturizes like a dream, but when you have the sickeningly sweet strawberry and the lanolin scent, it isn’t exactly pleasant on the nose. I appreciate that the brand was trying to create a less lanolin-y scent, but the strawberry and lanolin scents compete-and the strawberry is too sweet and not pleasant. I love strawberry lip balm products, but this take on strawberry is a no-go for me. I will finish up what I have because it still works, but I am looking for a new scent of Lanolips-Green Apple and/or Peach.

I got it on clearance at Sephora. I love this product so much because it is so multiusage. You can use it as a lip balm, cuticule cream, hand cream. It nourishes deeply. The scent is a light sweet strawberry shortcake. Ideal for those cold days and people on the go. It takes a while to finish it. This will be definitely a restock.

This is a great balm! It smells amazing, like sweet strawberries. It has a thick consistency and a little goes a long way. I like to use this on my lips mainly, but since it is a multi use balm, you can rub it on your hands, cuticles, dry patches, etc! Took off a star because I feel like it does the same as Vaseline or Aquaphor, which are cheaper.

I really like this lip balm. I do have fairly dry lips and heard amazing things about this. It smells great and is thick and gloopy but spreads well once it is warmed up and leaves lips with a nice sheen. Sadly for me I didn’t notice any cumulative effects but I think it’s better for your lips than petroleum based products so I will repurchase in the future.
