I love how refreshing and cooling my skin feels after applying this. However it doesn’t have with pore reduction so I am hoping to find a mask from Lancôme that does that. I love the smell of this mask it smells like rose petals 😍

Continuing on with my Hydra Zen skincare routine, today I will be reviewing a 5-minute mask from Lancôme. The Rose Sorbet Cryo-Mask is a cooling retreat for your skin with matifying and pore-tightening abilities. My deluxe sample comes in this cute pink jar with white twist-on cap. You might be wondering why this is called “rose sorbet.” The texture of the formula actually has this sort of icy, sorbet-like grit to it. In the jar, the mask holds a cloudy pink hue that appears clear once applied to the skin. Applying this mask was made so easy by the grit of its texture, allowing it to adhere to my skin as if weightless. I applied a generous layer of product across my entire face with gentle patting movements. This product takes on a cryo-therapeutic effect with a vibrating, cooling sensation that invigorates and revitalizes your skin. The mask is enriched with well-loved ingredients like salicylic acid for pore tightening and surface smoothing, as well as rose water - a key ingredient in Lancôme’s skincare lineup used and reiterated for its soothing abilities. The formula also features something called meadowsweet, which acts as an astringent to further enhance and smooth skin texture. Applying this mask provided for an olfactory experience, and I very much enjoyed the sweet rosewater scent as the product hugged my skin. Rinsing this off with lukewarm water was a soothing experience, and did not require too much fuss. Be sure to rinse especially well along your contours and below the jawline. There were a few bits that were sneaky and remained behind, creating a mild post-mask itch. Just rinse thoroughly! I loved the cooling effect, and the fact that you can feel this mask reinvigorating your skin almost instantly. As a skincare pick-me-up a few times a week, I will definitely be keeping this around!
