These lactase fast acting capsules have been a lifesaver for me. I like dairy too much to give it up and these actually let me eat pizza, ice cream or anything with cheese without regretting it later they are my lifesaver. They work fast and I haven’t had any stomach issues when I remember to take them before eating definitely something I keep with me all the time now
