This product is marketed as an incredibly light moisturizer. I have oily skin, and even for me I don't think this acts as a good moisturizer. It kind of just evaporates off the skin. I have since been using it more as a serum which works... fine. It's kind of just hydrating when you use it under one of La Mer's other moisturizers but honestly, I don't think you really need to add it to your routine. Don't get me wrong, it's not bad... it just doesn't really do anything, and I especially cannot recommend a product that does nothing at the price point it currently sits at. If you want a lightweight moisturizer that actually works just buy La Mer's Fresh Cream.
I would rate 4/5. Pleasant scent with rich moisturizer. The only thing is that I have sensitive skin so it might not suit me especially during my fragile skin barrier
I tried the La Mer Hydrating Infused Emulsion… and I get the hype. It’s light, silky, and melts right into my skin. My face feels hydrated all day without that heavy or greasy feeling. The Miracle Broth and kelp really help calm my skin and give it that ‘lit-from-within’ glow. If you’re into that soft, healthy, no-makeup skin look this is the one.
