This is the best liquid eyeliner I've ever used. I've tried high-ends and other drugstore brands, but they all dried out way too fast and never offered enough precision. This is opaque from the first swipe and stays put - I love when you have to fight with an eyeliner to remove it. It doesn't fade throughout the day and you don't even feel it on your eyes. As you can see, I like to go crazy with the amount of eyeliner I wear, and it's precise enough for curves and small enough for a sharp cat eye. This eyeliner is wonderful in every single way.

I don’t know if maybe it was just the liner I bought but this was DRY. it had no ink or pigment. The brush was THICK so even if it would of worked it would have not done a nice job at a wing. So disappointing
