The quality of this oil is very quickly noticeable, it has rich, smooth texture with a slightly fruity aroma and gentle peppery finish that feels really authentic. It works beautifully for everything from drizzling over salads to cooking and even dipping with fresh bread. What I love about this olive oil is that it enhances the flavour of dishes without overpowering them. The bottle design is also practical and keeps oil fresh. For me it is a premium product at a reasonable price.

A healthier way of cooking in my opinion. Extra virgin olive oil is well known for its health benefits and this bottle is great. It has an easy pouring mechanism so you can pour in small quantities saving you from using to much or over oiling stuff. You can use this for dipping breads into etc however my preferred way of using is to cook with it. Much better than using other unhealthy oils and starches.
