The LA CROSSE technology wireless temp station is an awesome system. Comes with a couple separate wireless, battery operated thermometers that connect to the reader (the thing that it’s in the picture I submitted.) I believe you can connect 2-3 different thermometers at a time. You can choose to mount it on a screw or it sits like a desktop picture frame and has a little fin in the back to stand freely. You can place the little thermometers where ever you want. For this set up, I put the reader itself (that doubles as a thermometer too) inside my storage unit and outside the units door I mounted the thermometer right outside my door. As you can see in the pic, it shows you what temp. it is inside & outside. You can put these anywhere, really. I don’t think they have a gasket around the battery case, so obviously— keep it out of any rain/elements. Really cool device to have ! It’s simple, too. I didn’t have to read any directions to get it all set up. Slow battery draining as well. Highly recommend.
