La Crema Pinot Noir pairs well with red as well as white meat and it tastes exceptionally good with dessert. Before I serve it, I like to chill it in the refrigerator for about a half an hour, which after taking a wine tasting class, I discovered that that is perfectly fine to do. It offers a nice lingering finish and wonderful legs. This is for the sophisticated palette as if you love fine red wine you will love La Crema Pinot Noir. The price is reasonable; it's not the lowest price and it's not the highest price. Be sure to buy a bottle or two and keep it on hand for when you want a special red wine.
