Liner in the form of a felt-tip pen. The felt-tip pen is small, but the price is also very budget. The liner is very pigmented, the color is bright. Of the minuses - the glossy finish. Dries after application within one minute. Holds very well, washed off only with gel or hydrophilic oil - resistant.

This is a dollar store product I would buy again and again. It stays all day, very moist and pigmented and glides on very easily. I don’t think I would want to buy any other eyeliner and it’s easy to take off. Go get one of these y’all!!!

I do like the felt tip of this product but the pigment just isn’t there for me. It also smudges really easily too. Overall for $1 I think it is worth a try
