  • "L.A. Colors is my favorite "low end" brand. Their makeup is so cheap, but actually works pretty well! I have re-purchased this eyeliner a ton of times, because it works as well as any other drugstore pencil liner I have used, and only costs $1. This isn't overly stiff, but not so soft that it smudges right off. You can use it on your waterline too, but it applies more of a charcoal grey than black there. I find it lasts well, although if you have oily eyelids you will have to re-apply. I highly recommend this for any gal on a budget who wants an automatic eyeliner pencil!!!!!!" in 11 reviews
  • "One of the best cheap eyeliners I ever use, I buy the white one for my waterline and its amazing! I will buy more soon for myself and for my makeup kit!" in 9 reviews
  • "I find it hard to find a liquid eye liner that is easy to apply and apples on perfectly and dark L.A colors eye liner works so good for my every day winged eye liner look not to mention they sell it at the dollar tree look your best for less with L.A colors " in 4 reviews

OK Sooooooo....This eyeliner the navy 1 did not show up so I had to toss. I got more than 1 bcoz I wanted a back up (what a waste of $3). Next 2nd X The 1st black 1 did not turn up so I had to toss. 3rd time buying “a charm” because I got a black 1 works. It is not super black & it’s like stabbing your lower waterline. It makes my eyes watery a little. [i have sensitive eyes] not sure if I will rebuy it was only $1USD but I got some bonne belle basic black twist up liners for $1 also same day & that 1 works a bit better. I would suggest getting a pencil sharpener, [lighter optional ]& wetnwild Baby Got Black pencil instead. I think it lasts longer on the waterline. If you must use a retractable liner, get Jordana [walgreens] they got a lot of colors of course black but I like Clinique Quickliner™ For Eyes a lot better but if it’s feast get Clinique or MAC when it’s famine go to the dollar tree & buy this. It’s feast or famine for me most of the time. This is okay to use but I’m not going to buy it again unless it’s all I can afford. Why OH WHY do they have to make cheap makeup as cheap quality. You shouldn’t have to spend $30 on an eyeliner. I just bought BOBBI BROWN Perfectly Defined Gel Eyeliner which I definitely enjoy more than this. It makes this frugal hearted girl’s heart sad & disappointed that I have to spend $30 on a decent eyeliner. UGH we made it work as kids when we had an allowance...how.....I do not know. (???) makeup is a tricky thing.

I did buy this at dollar tree for $1 so I did give it one star for the price point. This eyeliner is very simple to use with good application. The liner has a click turner at the bottom so the product can be rolled down & up. This product doesn't really stay on well on my oily skin but I am going to try on a dryer skin type (gonna update when I do) but other than that it just doesn't really dry down at all on my skin!

I believe I bought this eyeliner in the color white, for I wanted a white pencil eyeliner that stood out brightly. The other white eyeliners I have purchased in the past did not compare with this one in terms of the colour brightening. This eyeliner made my eyes pop just by applying it to my lower waterliner or in the inner corner of my eyes. In addition, a nice trick is to apply this to your eyelid before adding a shade of color that is supposed to stand out. It is a cheap product that is versatile in many ways! You can also highlight the underside of your brows, or you can make your nose highlight stand out by applying a small amount in the desire area and blending it out. Sometimes you can even add this to your lips and blending a dark shade of lip color in order to lighten the shade you desire. Just use it with precaution x.x

This was my first time using eyeliner pencil my normal is liquid. I love the fine tip that is precise leaving very little room for error, smooth glide and long lasting in the heat. Overall a perfect fit, shout out to my daughter who picked it up, because she stepped on mine.

I have this in Black as well  as a silver color that I have rubbed the name off of sadly but they are great. They are priced really really low and you get a good amount of a great product for a low price which is wonderful. I recommend this to anyone on a budget.

This color goes on great, but does not stay out on my lids or undereye, even when I’ve used primer. I do not use this and need to get rid of it. I bought this at the dollar store and honestly I wish I would have gotten a small fry instead.

It was not that pigmented and was hard to put on! Yes definitely room for improvement. My eye color is Brown with light brown. It is not long lasting it only lasts for a while. Yes I would recommend this product👍🏼

I picked this up while I was on a few days trip and forgot my regular eyeliner. It was okay, because it wasn't expensive and I only had to use it for a few day, but I didn't like it.

It was nicely pigmented, but it ran way too quickly no matter how I set it. I wouldn't recommend this product unless you really can't afford anything else or you're needing to look nice for less than an hour at a time.

I am happy with this eyeliner. I currently use it and have real no problems with it. I was a first time user with this and now I’ll continue. With any product there is always room for improvement. I would recommend this to anyone

This is definitely a good cheap eyeliner. It glides on really nicely and has good full pigmentation. It's especially great for the water line as you don't have to push hard and it shows up nice and dark. It does smudge throughout the day and due to the roundedness you can't get a super sharp cat eye without clean up or concealer but overall it's a good daily use eyeliner.
