I always keep several cans of chickpeas on hand, because they are super inexpensive, very healthy and there's so much I can do with them! From roasting them in the oven with some olive oil and spices, to tossing them in the food blender to make hummus, tossing them raw over a salad or throwing them in some chili, there is always something to make with chickpeas!

These are healthy and yummy. I like to make them with soup or rice. They taste like chicken and they aren't that expensive.
