This cereal is great with or without milk. Its bran flavor and texture are perfect mixed with yogurt or cottage cheese. The double bag lasts quite a while , and the benefits of the bran are numerous.

Amazing fiber content. It has a slight sweetness to it. It’s crunchy. I either like to eat alone with milk or sometimes I’ll mix this with captain crunch, get that fiber in but also get my craving in.

I absolutely love this cereal - I'll eat it with milk or in yogurt bowls, but it also tastes great dry. I also love that it has no added sugar, which is almost impossible to find in the cereal aisle nowadays. My only qualm is how expensive this has gotten. In my area, it's $7 a box so I just cannot afford to have it as a regular part of my diet. It's too bad because the fiber is amazing.
