This is the best black eyeliner on the market. It’s very black without fading, cracking or smudging throughout the day. The applicator makes it so easy to get a nice cat eye or to get a very fine line. While it’s pricey it’s the most long lasting and high quality I’ve tried.

Is the same as the non anniversary edition but still. This is the only eyeliner I will use for wings there is no other better.

Not much of a review because right when I got it it was dried out and when I put the lid back on it literally ruined the brush
