This is my favorite cheese of all time. Consistency is very rich and thick ensuring the quality of the cheese to be profound. Super efficient to quickly slice and add to crackers or a charcuterie board or just as easily sliced into a meal that is being cooked.

I love that this colby jack cheese tastes sharp and smooth, it also has nice, resealable packaging for freshness and longevity. This is one of my preferred faves for eating by itself, grating into recipes and eating with crackers. It lasts a good amount of time in the fridge.
