I suffer with headaches and migraines on a daily basis. These have never let me down for relief. I always have these stocked up in my cupboard! So easy to apply just peel off and stick on and that’s it. Also with each giving relief for so long it’s great value. My favourite way to wear them is before bed so you don’t wake up with an awful headache. Bonus of cool feeling it definitely helps just to cool down too.
