If you loved the anime you'll love playing the anime. This game allows you to play through all of the story points from the anime! It even allows you to play through story plots that have only been available through reading the manga! Honestly the gameplay does get a bit repetitive but what doesn't nowadays. I gave this 5 star because the 3D animation characters look amazing, the sound design is in all original Japanese with subtitles (which in any anime game it should be a standard), plays through the storyline from the anime and manga, and who doesn't feel badass flying around in the Omni directional gear slicing down titans? Get this game if you are a fan of the series!

It's rated M for mature which would probably mean blood and gore. So it depends on how much you're willing to expose her to. She already reads the manga and watches the show which means she knows what happens. But it all depends on you.
