Kodiak is by far the best gluten free pancake mix I have tasted. I feel good giving this to my granddaughter who like myself suffers from gluten allergies. Taste just like regular pancake mix perhaps better.

Absolutely love Kodiak Cakes, and the gluten free option makes it even better. I saw them on Shark Tank and I actually won a giveaway on their Instagram which is how I first got to try out the brand, and since then I have been forever repurchasing in many flavors.

This is one of the best gluten free mixes I've found. It tastes good, always consistent results, and can add different fruits and spices without issue.
