Anything you can do with wheat flour can be replicated with rice flour. I use this for everything, even making a gluten free cheese sauce for macaroni and cheese. Chewy sweet baked brownie mochi is my current favorite recipe and I honestly love them more than wheat based brownies. Rice flour gives good texture and binding power without having to compromise on gut health. I highly recommend this flour.

I didn’t grow up in a culture that used this product, but got Introduced to it by a friend. She brought butter mochi to a party and I was hooked. Butter mochi is very easy to make with Mochiko. The only drawback is how much butter it takes. Spoiler alert: a lot. It’s not the healthiest of desserts, but it is easy to make and a huge hit at parties.

Tried this product so that I could make Sweet Hawaiian Mochi Cake. I absolutely loved how it turned out. The texture was chewy & cake like but with a slightly crispy golden crust. It wasn’t overly sweet and it cut so easily into perfect squares❤️Looking forward to making more recipes using Koda Farms Mochiko Sweet Rice Flour 16 oz
