There is enough for 2 treatments but not enough of the shampoo sachet. There isn't a great smell to these products apart from the number 3. The shampoo to use first made my hair very Knotty. But then the second treatment i tried to comb it through a little. I followed instructions. It is a little time consuming out its a treatment so its going to be. I do feel it slightly darkened my highlights but not sure why or if this was just thr clarifying shampoo. My hair is soft since drying it so will use again
