It came out so strong and harsh, like the sprayer was so powerful and hard to control, didn’t smell so good, left my hair feeling stiff and gross feeling, and just overall not what I was expecting. I was so upset because of all the hype and rave it’s been getting for how great it seems to be! I have a very sensitive scalp so that’s why I got this ultra gentle one, which is really what also drew me to this one too, but it still didn’t matter… didn’t remove any oil. It’s like I just sprayed this nasty stiff film stuff on my scalp. Not a fan.
